Unified Communications provisioning is the systems administration task in which operators enter and configure the settings that users of the service will access. Twelve fully-developed features make streamlining your work easy, while customizable controls and content eliminate the repetitiveness of some routine tasks. User profile template

With the user profile template, operators can define and sort user profile templates by function and/or site. This means that the provisioning task on Cisco Unified Communications (Cisco UC) Suite takes a fraction of the time – just a few seconds from start to finish. Profiles look good and, because they follow a pre-set template, there are far less instances of junk code or unintended spacing and layout each time a change is made.

Site profile templates

Kurmi’s site profile templates let operators quickly and easily deploy new sites or change existing sites through the Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Hours of coding and copying are saved, along with the frustration of making sure each page or site meets your exact specifications. First, choose all your settings in the templates, then make your changes as needed, without having to start from scratch. This also reduces the risk of losing important information or rebuilding a site after an update ‘accident.’

Role-based access control

Kurmi features advanced role-based access control, allowing operators to manage administrator profiles and delegate operations without compromising security. Each user is assigned a certain security level so that those who don’t need higher access will only be able to see and use the parts of the system applicable to them. Log tracking and rollback

Kurmi’s log tracking and rollback feature allows all team operations to be monitored so that any accidental actions taken while programming or performing other suite tasks can be undone in a click. The feature also provides a log for future reference or problem-solving.

Bulk administration

Kurmi tools are made to allow for bulk changes as needed on your Cisco UC Manager. Changes can be made in bulk to a group of users or to all users on one site. No more time is wasted selecting individual profiles. This also eliminates accidental profile changes, which can be a result of manual, rather than bulk, changes.

Range number management

Your DN pool’s available numbers can be accessed in real time across multiple locations or the Cisco cluster. This eliminates the need for Excel spreadsheets and extra work. When you need accurate numbers, get them live through the Cisco cluster and multiple locations. Access to available DN pool numbers eliminates the need for guesswork or coding from an outdated list.

Scheduling and grouping

Cisco UC provides easy MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) operations. Operators can easily group functions and operations and schedule them for launch at a later date. Save time and make sure things happen when you need them to.

Self-care portal

Through the Self-Care Portal, end users can perform basic MACDs for themselves, freeing up your support team and saving time. Use the power of Kurmi provisioning to take back time in the workday and increase productivity.
