Today, Kurmi Software announced the new 6.2.0
release of its flagship Kurmi Software Suite.
This release delivers major upgrades to all of its components.
Kurmi Sunrise, the digital business customer on-boarding solution, allows service providers to simulate and evaluate multiple provisioning scenarios with the help of a best-of-class graphical dashboard. They can then engage with their customers and select the best course of action before initiating the actual provisioning. This new key feature confirms the flexibility of Kurmi Sunrise in digitalizing data collection and automating deployment ion accordance with the service provider’s requirements and processes.
Kurmi Unified Provisioning, the user-centered daily management solution, continues to push the envelope in simplifying the integration of directories into the UC world. One of the new key features included in this release offers a powerful toolset for managing multiple directories and offer the comfort of a unified virtual central directory.
Kurmi Unified Selfcare, the end-user self-service portal, extends relevant provisioning delegations to the end-users. In this release VIP and other eligible employees can choose to delegate the management of their telephony features such as call forwarding to an assistant or an enterprise concierge service.
