This challenge (“Challenge“) is organised by the company Kurmi Software (“Kurmi“), simplified joint stock company with a capital of €76,539, registered in the Rennes trade and company register under number 529 230 773 (“Organising Company“).
This challenge (“Challenge“) is organised by the company Kurmi Software (“Kurmi“), simplified joint stock company with a capital of €76,539, registered in the Rennes trade and company register under number 529 230 773 (“Organising Company“).
The Challenge is open to Kurmi resellers and integrators (“Participants“) in the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific regions.
The Challenge will take place from Monday May 3 to Friday July 30.
The Organising Company reserves the right to extend the duration of the Challenge. This extension will not be considered as a modification of these Rules and will be notified to the Participant by email.
These rules (“Rules“) will be made known to the Participant by email and must be accepted by the Participant by return email. In any event, participation in this Challenge by the Participant implies they have read and undertake to comply with the provisions of these Rules.
These Rules can be changed at any time by the Organising Company.
Any modification of the Rules will be notified to the Participant by email and must be accepted by the Participant by return email. The absence of acceptance by the Participant within 2 working days or their refusal to accept the modification will result in the cancellation of their participation.
The prizes identified in Article 9 will be awarded to Key Account Managers (“KAM“) and Technical Account Managers (“TAM“) as well as Pre-Sales Managers (“PSM“) and Sales Managers (“SM“) preregistered on the dedicated KURMI S1 Challenge Partner 2021 website (“Dedicated Website“) depending on the number of points obtained following the registration of qualified leads (“Qualified Leads“) on the Dedicated Website during the Challenge.
Qualified Leads will be considered those Kurmi prospects (I) who have confirmed in writing their interest in using or installing the Kurmi Unified Provisioning (“Software“) and their intention to take advantage of a demonstration of the Software over the duration of the Challenge and (ii) who meet the following criteria:
Subject to the conditions listed in Article 6, the KAM, TAM, PSM and the SM will be awarded points based on the number and size of the lead registered under the conditions given in article 8.
The KAM, TAM, SM and PSM must be registered with Kurmi before submitting the Qualified Lead Form.
Each prospect can only give rise to the establishment of one Qualified Lead Form.

The SM and PSM will be awarded points under the conditions defined in the table below if these SM and PSM have been identified in at least 3 Qualified Lead Forms over the duration of the Challenge.
Points will be awarded per group of 3 Qualified Leads.

The allocation of prizes will take place one month after the end of the Challenge duration on the basis of the points accumulated over the duration of the Challenge.
The estimated value of the prizes is shown in the table below.
It is understood that Kurmi reserves the right to modify the prizes under the conditions defined in article 5 of these Rules.

Kurmi can in no way be held liable for any damages resulting from participation in the Challenge by the Participants or from the use of the prizes.
Kurmi also reserves the right to exclude any Participant who does not comply with the provisions of these Rules.
The Participant remains responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Challenge complies with their internal compliance rules and Kurmi cannot be held responsible in this regard.
The personal data collected by Kurmi as part of the Challenge is processed in compliance with the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679.
Personal data of Participants is collected in order to enable them to participate in the Challenge.
Only the personal data necessary for the smooth running of the Challenge is collected, namely last name, first name, email address, telephone number and function.
The personal data collected will only be used within the framework of this Challenge and will under no circumstances be communicated to a third party.
Inactive personal data will be kept for a period of 3 years from its collection.
The Participant can access personal data concerning them and rectify it, request its erasure and more generally exercise all rights applicable under the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations by writing to dpo@kurmi-software.com.
Any Participant who considers that their rights have not been respected after having contacted Kurmi can file a complaint with the CNIL.
This challenge is subject to French law.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
