Classroom Learning

Goals

Take control of the features in the Kurmi Unified Provisioning & Selfcare software suite.
Be proficient in day-to-day operations and all admin levels.

Audience

Integrators and end users

Required Skills

  • Participants must be proficient in using a workstation (web browser, office automation).
  • Basic understanding of LINUX, XML, and JavaScript admin is essential to successful training.
  • Knowledge of ToIP is also required (including familiarity with Unified Communications ecosystem equipment, user management in these systems, and the technical terms of architecture).

Process

A description of the training process is provided for information only. It can be adapted on a case-by-case basis.

These three days of training cover the modules and features associated with the ESSENTIAL Pack.

  • A single UC solution will be covered (Cisco, Microsoft, or Alcatel Lucent Enterprise).
    • If the design includes an additional UC solution, an extra half-day will be needed.
  • Department management, admin profiles, certain advanced features, and Selfcare are not covered in the three days. They are covered by additional half-day modules (see details that follow in the catalog).

Practical exercises will be carried out throughout the training.
